Therapy With Me
You Might Be Someone Who:
-
Identifies with Being a "Black Sheep" or Cycle-Breaker
I support cycle breakers - the ones who carry the weight of doing things differently, often feeling like the black sheep as they work to heal what previous generations couldn’t name.
-
Experiences Overthinking and Intrusive Thoughts
I help clients who struggle with overthinking and mental loops - often tied to anxiety, OCD, or trauma - learn how to slow down, self-regulate, and reconnect with their inner steadiness.
-
Is a Creative
I work with creatives who feel deeply and sometimes get overwhelmed by their own inner worlds. In our work together, we explore how sensitivity can become a strength, and how to create from a place of wholeness rather than survival.
-
Is a Parent or a Caregiver
I support parents and caregivers who are doing the deep inner work while raising others - often navigating overwhelm, guilt, or old wounds as they try to show up differently for the next generation.
You are not too much. You are someone who may have learned to protect what hurt. And you are worthy of being seen behind the armor.
The body remembers trauma, but the brain is built for healing. We are wired for repair, growth, and change. In my work I draw from approaches like AEDP, EMDR, ERP, iCBT, narrative therapy, and parts work. These methods help us access both the roots of distress and the inner resources needed for lasting change.
